Music for a Halloween mood

It’s the time of the year for makeup and dressing up. And we love it! So, of course we made our Halloween playlist for inspiration:

  • Dead Man’s Bones - In the room where you sleep

Nothing says Halloween more than kids in costumes. Add to that the songs about love stories of ghosts and monsters with names like “My body’s a zombie for you” or “Lose your soul” and the rock duo of Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields definitely enters this list.

  • Backstreet Boys - Everybody

This is a given, but this the video it’s the Halloween party we all have wanted to have! So take out your costume and dance.

  • The Killers - Here with me

Sure, Tim Burton is not really a kind of scary Halloween, but this video directed by him has all the Burtonian style we love and know (Winona Ryder included). So embrace the amazing weirdness of the mastermind behind “The nightmare before Christmas” and “Edward Scissorhands” with the vocals of Brandon Flowers.

  • Ray Parker Jr. - Ghostbusters

Because you know who you gonna call this time of the year: Ghostbusters! Just play it and sing-along, you know you want to. ;)

  • Michael Jackson - Thriller

Michael it’s not call the King of Pop for nothing and this video is epic. It’s an all time favorite worldwide for the music, the singing, the choreography and the zombies. Check out the long version:

Bonus track: Bobby “Boris” Pickett & The Crypt-Kicker - Monster Mash

It’s doesn’t get more classic than this 1962 song. You got Pickett and his Boris Karloff impersonation at American Bandstand in the year 1964.
