Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, our products are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective products will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

RETURNS & EXCHAGES
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in any specific transaction. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original BIG BUBBLE BAGS receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. Merchandise cannot be returned unless a written authorization has been issued by BIG BUBBLE BAGS. If approved, the returned product must be in a new and resalable condition in its undamaged original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Return authorizations will not be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
For purchases made on www.bbbmiami.com, mail your return package at any US Postal Service office or UPS drop-off location, or hand off your package to your US Postal Service mail carrier or UPS driver. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
How long does it take to process my return?
